Ramon Hermann brings a wealth of experience and leadership to our platform. He has held key roles in the gaming and esports industry, including serving as SVP & Managing Director, Americas at ESL FACEIT Group, and Director of Esports & Publishing at Tencent America. Previously, he led collegiate esports and community initiatives at Riot Games and was Head of Global Community at Blizzard Entertainment. With his deep expertise in gaming, esports, and community engagement, Ramon is dedicated to enhancing the organized play experience and fostering a vibrant community for students.

Ian Atkinson is a seasoned leader in the business and operations side of gaming and esports. His extensive career includes roles such as SVP of Game Partnerships at ESL FACEIT Group, VP of Esports Operations & Business Development at Capcom, VP of Global Publisher Business Development at AdColony, and Director of Global Online Games at THQ. With his deep knowledge of partnerships, operations, and business strategy, Ian is committed to driving growth and creating opportunities within the gaming and organized play community.

Duran Parsi is an expert in client success and a pioneer in collegiate esports. There is nobody in the world with more experience in collegiate esports, as he founded both the first collegiate esports club at UC San Diego in 2008, and created the first collegiate esports league, CSL, in 2009. Duran’s history both as a student leader and on the business side of collegiate makes him uniquely situated to empower the next generation of student gamers.

Krzysztof Pikiewicz is a seasoned leader in operations and event management. As the Global SVP of DreamHack at ESL FACEIT Group and previously serving as Global COO of the same organization, he has played a pivotal role in shaping large-scale gaming events and operations worldwide. Krzysztof’s extensive experience in managing global teams and delivering exceptional experiences ensures that our platform runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting the growth and success of organized play communities.

Wim Stocks is a highly respected leader in the gaming and esports industry, bringing years of expertise in commercial strategy and partnerships. He has held key roles such as leading Commercial & Partnerships at Belong Gaming & Vindex and serving as Chairman of the Collegiate Starleague. Wim’s career also includes positions as EVP at Virgin Gaming and EVP at Atari. With his deep experience in business development and strategic growth, Wim provides invaluable guidance and insight to help drive the success of our platform and the collegiate gaming community.
